Andrew joined Robinson Law after serving for ten years as a prosecutor in the Alexandria Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. Now that he defends both adults and juveniles facing misdemeanor and felony charges, Andrew has the unique ability to analyze these cases through a prosecutor's lens. If you or a loved one have been charged with a criminal or traffic offense in Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Prince William or Loudoun County, Mr. Criado has the background needed to build your defense and identify any issues that may face the prosecutor.
Mr. Criado is a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association, the Alexandria Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He completed the Advanced DUI Training program in Williamsburg, VA and the Prosecutor Bootcamp at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, SC.
Andrew has handled offenses by adults and juveniles ranging from DUI/DWI, reckless driving, larceny & fraud, assault, embezzlement, malicious wounding, robbery, and murder. He has tried over 30 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. Andrew knows how to guide clients through the complexities of the criminal justice system, from investigation to trial and appeal. He has earned a reputation as a keen legal mind and an unflappable courtroom advocate.
